Anti-Racism at Work
How do persons of colour, and persons from other marginalised communities, confront the discrimination they experience in the academy? What are steps that can be taken to challenge systemic and structural racism in Early Modern and Shakespeare studies and related disciplines? What work should allies be undertaking to support the fight against racism and other forms of social injustice?
Below you’ll find a select list of resources that provide an introduction to these questions around the violence of racism, as well as the restorative work of anti-racism, in working contexts — specifically, in universities and in fields of study relevant to EMSOC.
